Second Set of Videos

There were 12 total, and they aren't in any particular order. Here is the second set....enjoy!

Congrats everyone! I thought there were some really nice things that were created! Here are some videos...a few of them got cut off because I wasn't planning on making all the videos and had to clear some space as I went! The percussionists are meeting today at 1 pm for a little "debriefing," and I encourage you all to get as much feedback as possible from your professors and friends! Keep creating!

is anyone else using a elmo type projector, or know if there is one in the theater

Group Project

Our group just needs a DVD player and a screen to project. Should already be in the theater I think. We used it for motion graphics once before.

What kind of equipment does everyone need, and who/how will it be supplied?

Location

Sounds like most people are ok with the Sharwin Smith Theatre then? Do you have it reserved for the whole evening? Will there be set up time?

My group, consisting of Myself, Kohl Harris, and a mutual musician friend, are good for the Sharwan Theater Location.

Group update

Our group consists of Sierra from the GD2 class, Kim S. from Creative Writing class, and Jeff from percussion.

We have met a few times and discussed our ideas. We are planning on a theme of "home", where we love and hate different things about the different places we've lived, and how that relationship comes into play through our environment.
For our performance, Sierra is going to be building an outfit onto a model-- shoes, a shirt, vest, scarf, hat and bag. Kim will be telling the story she wrote about a boy and his feelings about moving to different parts of the country. Jeff will be playing his drum set with music he made that has a progression that fits the tone of the story.

First group meeting in the SUU library 2/21/2011.
Had many ideas, came up with story ideas...
Maybe using a overhead projector for the art during the story
with drumbeats/effects.

English majors sending Art and Music major script soon.

Next scheduled meeting/rehearsal is March 4th.

I have discussed with my group and we have all agreed that we need to know the location of where the happenings will take place as soon as possible. Knowing the location would answer several questions that we have as of now.
